Refurbished Devices - 12-Month Warranty
All our refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty ensures that you can enjoy your device with confidence, knowing that we cover any potential hardware defects that may arise during normal use within the warranty period.
Warranty Details:
- The warranty provided is a Return to Base (RTB) Warranty. This means that, if a defect covered by the warranty occurs, you are responsible for safely returning the device to our facility at your own cost. We will then repair or replace the item, as appropriate, and send it back to you.

- The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the buyer. This includes but is not limited to:

Used Devices - 14-Day Return Policy
Devices categorized as "Used" come with a 14-day return policy. This means:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is returned in the same condition as when it was purchased.
- This return policy does not include a long-term warranty, meaning that once the 14-day return period has passed, no further warranty coverage applies.
Conditions for Returns:
- The device must be returned in its original condition, without any additional damage or signs of misuse. It must include all accessories that were originally provided.
- If the device is found to have any damage caused by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

- Shipping Costs for Warranty Returns: As this is an RTB warranty, any costs associated with shipping the device back to us for repairs or replacement must be borne by the customer. We will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired or replaced device back to you.
