The HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N9120 fn2 is a high-performance enterprise document scanner designed for demanding business environments and heavy-volume document digitisation. Combining a high-speed duplex Automatic Document Feeder with a flatbed scanning option, it provides a flexible solution for offices, organisations and professional workgroups handling large quantities of documents.
With scanning speeds of up to 120 pages per minute / 240 images per minute in duplex mode, the N9120 fn2 is designed for fast document processing. Its dual-sided scanning capability allows both sides of a document to be captured in a single pass, helping improve productivity when processing multi-page documents.
The scanner provides an optical resolution of up to 600 × 600 DPI, making it suitable for everyday business documents, records, forms, reports and other material requiring clear and accurate digital reproduction.
The integrated 100-sheet Automatic Document Feeder allows batches of documents to be loaded for unattended scanning. This makes the scanner particularly suitable for offices and enterprise environments where large quantities of paperwork need to be digitised efficiently.
The N9120 fn2 also features a flatbed scanning option, providing additional flexibility for documents or originals that are unsuitable for the ADF. This combination of flatbed and sheetfed scanning makes it suitable for a wide variety of document types.
The scanner supports long documents through its ADF, with media sizes of up to approximately 8.5 × 122 inches (216 × 3100 mm). It supports document weights from approximately 49–120 g/m², making it suitable for a broad range of standard office documents.
Advanced image-processing features help automate and improve scanning workflows. These include blank page removal, automatic rotation, de-skew, halftone removal, drop-out colour and multi-feed detection.
