The standard print resolution is 203 dpi, with optional configurations supporting up to 300 dpi and 600 dpi. At 203 dpi, the printer can achieve print speeds of up to 10 inches per second, making it suitable for high-volume label production where speed and reliability are important.
With a maximum print width of approximately 4.09 inches (104 mm), the ZM400 can handle a wide range of standard industrial label formats. It supports media widths from approximately 1 inch to 4.5 inches, providing flexibility for different label and barcode applications.
The printer is designed to accommodate media rolls up to approximately 8 inches (203 mm) in diameter when used with a 3-inch core. This larger media capacity helps reduce the frequency of roll changes during longer production and labelling runs.
